Burning Soul: Attacks the enemy and removes one beneficial effect with a 50% chance. Absorbs the enemy's Attack Bar by 30% with a 30% chance when you attack on your turn.

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Shizuka in Summoners War is a unique monster that can apply all debuffs from the battle to your opponents.
•Putting her on Despair would give you another potential debuff she can put on the enemies.
•She can grant soul protection to any unit or revive for 1 turn.
•She is an excellent counter to bomb teams like Seara.
•Her HP leader skill works great with Skogul because the enemy always try to stun, sleep, ATK bar strip, or slow him down.
•She requires fairly low amount of Devilmons to be max skilled.
Weakness:
•Shizuka can be countered with will runes or monsters like Fran, Chloe, or Woosa etc.
•Her 3rd skill has a long cool down so any monsters that can increase her cool downs would work allowing you to kill her before she can use it.
•Anti-revive monsters will render her 2nd skill useless.
RANKING
GB12 (2/10): Shizuka doesn't offer enough to be very useful in Giants B12.
DB12 (5/10): She can be used to give the dots back to the towers and dragon in Dragons B12, but it will only be fore 1 turn.
NB12 (0/10): She has no multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (1/10): She isn't very useful in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (1/10): She isn't very useful in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (4/10): She can be used in niche bomb stages.
Rift of Worlds (1/10): She really has no real role here.
Labyrinth (4/10): She has the same uses here as he does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): She not really recommended because her 3rd skill cooldown is too long.
Arena (4/10): She can be used as a counter when a Lushen team won't work.
Guild Wars (9/10): She is used as a bomb Counter here and will work great on Defense to either protect your threat monster like Skogul, Perna, Miho etc. and give the debuffs back to the enemy.
RTA (10/10): There are lots of debuffs that occur during a battle. She is great to throw all of it back at the enemy.
