Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

HP% / DEF%
•The Water String Master, Songseol is a great monster that counters team buffs.
•Her leader skill allows your team to land more debuffs consistently in Guild Content.
•Her 2nd skill is AoE stun and ATK bar pushback, and this skill hits 3 times!
•Her 3rd skill stops enemies from getting buffs (even if they have immunity) and gives herself immunity.
•Songseol has low base speed which isn't good because she needs a LOT of speed to go first so your opponents can't buff themselves up.
•Her first skill doesn't offer much and maxes at 75% chance.
•She does very little damage.
GB10 (0/10): Songseol is not usable for GB10.
DB10 (8/10): She has an AoE stun and ATK bar strip for trash waves, and her 3rd skill could prevent the dragon from putting up immunity.
NB10 (1/10): She doesn't offer enough to be really usable here.
ToA (4/10): She can be used for some early teams.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): She is not usable here.
Labyrinth (6/10): She can be used in several stages when you need a buff counter.
Dimensional Hole (4/10): She's usable in some stages here.
Arena (7/10): She useful in an arena defense.
Guild Wars (9/10): She's used to counter immunity buffers for offense, and could stop cleave teams when on defense. She'll need a lot of speed to do this.
RTA (6/10): She's a good Fran counter or any other monster that puts up a lot of buffs. Again she could be used to counter cleave teams, so your team survives the damage. She'll need to be paired with a healer in this situation.
