*ONLY use CR on slot 4 if you can't get enough Crit Rate substats. Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
If you’re looking for detailed rune and stat builds you should take a look at SWMaster’s Rune Farming Guide – I have been a member of their site since I was new to Summoners War and would highly recommend it to all players.
•The Wind Street Fighter, Chun-Li biggest strength is she does big damage in Rift Beast with her 2nd skill.
•Her Passive allows her to always have Speed buff.
•She has 2 ATK bar strip.
•Her 2nd skill can ignore Defense.
•Chun-Li's 1st skill is really slow.
GB12 (7/10): Chun-Li can be used here to Push the Giant's ATK bar back and speed your team.
DB12 (7/10): She has a similar role Dragon's B12 as she does in Giant's B12.
NB12 (4/10): She can be used here, however, there are better multi hitters.
ToA (3/10): She can be used for early stage clears and niche boss stages.
Rift of Worlds (10/10): She excels in Rift Beasts due to her big damage since the Beasts don't have "ATK Bar"
Labyrinth (3/10): Chun-Li can be used in the Speed limitation stages.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): She's not recommend here.
Arena (2/10): She isn't really useful here for farming as you mainly need AoE cleave teams.
Guild Wars (10/10): Her ATK bar push back and ignore Defense is useful here.
RTA (4/10): She can be used in the early-mid matches, but will be replaced as you get better monsters.
