Power Swing: Attacks and stuns the enemy for 1 turn with a 30% chance.

CELINE BUILDS / STRATEGY

Celine Build Tips
She's a little tougher to build in early game since you really need good speed on her. You want to use swift to get the speed and revenge to get the most out of her 1st skill or fight runes to squeeze out more damage.

As you progress into the late game you'll transition her onto Violent & Will/Fight as long as you have good enough speed.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:
•Celine in Summoners War is an amazing support that allows all your allies to place debuffs on the enemies. 
•Her 1st skill stuns which is always great for Revenge runs to add some RNG.
•Her 2nd skill gives your team a nice shield which boosts survivability. 

Weakness:
•She needs a lot of speed to be useful and a solid ATK bar booster to cleave.
•Her 1st skill maxes out at 60% accuracy making not fully reliable. 
•Her 2nd skill only has 30% chance to activate shield.

 

RANKING

GB12 (8/10): She is excellent in Giants B12 to provide reliable buffs and debuffs. 

DB12 (6/10): She has a similar role in Dragons B12 as she does in GB12. Her shield is nice to help block some damage if the dragon gets a turn. 

 

NB12 (0/10): She doesn't have multi hits to break through the boss' shield.

SF10 (7/10): She is good with early teams to improve survival rates and faster runes.

PC10 (7/10): She's good here since she doesn't boost ATK bar which triggers the Boss' Passive.

ToA (4/10): She lacks CC to be useful here, however, he can be used in the early stages for speed runs.

Rift of Worlds (7/10): She can be used as a front line tank in Wind Rift and R5 since she offers a lot of good buffs and provides debuffs.

 

Labyrinth (3/10): She can be used in some niche stages, but you want monsters with more CC to farm Lab. 

Dimensional Hole (4/10): She can be used in the star restriction and elemental restriction stages. 

Arena (8/10): This is useful here on a cleave or bruiser teams. 

Guild Wars (8/10): Her skills work well on Defense if you have her on Revenge or Nemesis to cut in. On offense she's good to cleave the enemy with her passive. Just pair her with an ATK Bar booster.  

 

RTA (9/10): She's good with bruiser comps and provides a lot for your team. She's also hard to deal with and her passive will always make her a threat.
