Trickster: Attacks an enemy 3 times. Each attack has a 30% chance to decrease the enemy's Attack Speed for 2 turns. This attack will deal more damage according to your Attack Speed.

Multiplier - ((SPD + 180) / 2.3)% of the ATK stat per hit for 3 hits before reduction

 

Song of the Night Wind: Increases the Attack Speed and Critical Rate of all allies for 2 turns. (Reusable in 4 turns)

The Cunning (Passive): Steals a beneficial effect from the enemy target when landing an attack. Your Attack Speed increases according to the number of beneficial effects currently on you. [Automatic Effect]

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:

•The Water Jack-o'-Lantern, Chilling consistent strips makes him a great assest in DB10. 

•His passive has a 100% chance to activate.

•His speed scaling makes it easier to deal good damage as well as being fast.  

•His 2nd skill is a good team buff. 

 

Weakness:

•Chilling is a very squishy monster.

•He needs really good runes to deal decent damage while being able to survive.

RANKING

GB10 (6/10): Chilling ins't used for speed teams but can be used for early teams in Giants B10 to strip the ATK boost away and increase Crit Rate of your team.

DB10 (10/10): He is ideal for Dragons B10 to strip away the immunity, increase team speed, and Crit Rate. 

NB10 (2/10): He does have a multi hit, however, his other skills are wasted on the boss.  

ToA (4/10): He could be used in some niche stages to remove annoying enemy buffs.

Rift of Worlds (0/10): He does not offer enough to be useful here.

Labyrinth (0/10): He is not recommended here.

Dimensional Hole (0/10): He isn't very useful here. 

 

Arena (6/10): Chilling can be used in some early game team comps.

 

Guild Wars (10/10): His skillkit is great for guild to steal buffs from monsters like Woosa or Fran. 

 

RTA (5/10): He can be used against teams that rely alot on buffers while improving the overall speed of your team.
