STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Water Jack-o'-Lantern, Chilling consistent strips makes him a great asset in DB12.
•His passive has a 100% chance to activate.
•His speed scaling makes it easier to deal good damage as well as being fast.
•His 2nd skill is a good team buff.
Weakness:
•Chilling is a very squishy monster.
•He needs really good runes to deal decent damage while being able to survive.

RANKING
GB12 (6/10): Chilling ins't used for speed teams but can be used for early teams in Giants B12 to strip the ATK boost away and increase Crit Rate of your team.
DB12 (10/10): He is ideal for Dragons B12 to strip away the immunity, increase team speed, and Crit Rate.
NB12 (2/10): He does have a multi hit, however, his other skills are wasted on the boss.
ToA (4/10): He could be used in some niche stages to remove annoying enemy buffs.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He does not offer enough to be useful here.
Labyrinth (3/10): He can be used in some niche stages here.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): He isn't very useful here.
Arena (3/10): Chilling can be used in some team comps to counter heavy buffed teams, however, you mainly want AoE cleave teams to farm Arena.
Guild Wars (8/10): His skill kit is great for guild to steal buffs from monsters like Woosa or Fran.
RTA (5/10): He can be used against teams that rely alot on buffers while improving the overall speed of your team.
