Magical Eye: Attacks the enemy 2 times and decreases the Attack Power for 2 turns with a 35% chance with each attack.

DOROTHY BUILDS / STRATEGY
Dorothy Build Tips
Dorothy can be built in 2 ways. As a CC unit since she has 2 AoE attacks or as bruiser attacker.
Start her off with damage stats. As your progress through the game add more speed and hp for tankiness.
Crowd Control: Have her on Despair/Revenge to get the most out of her attacks. This gives her more utility and can be used in ToA.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Dorothy in Summoners War is a great utility damage dealer with 2 multi hits and 2 AoE attacks.
•Her 1st skill ATK breaks which is great for survivability.
•Her 2nd skill brands which is great for Dungeon Boss' and R5.
•Her 3rd skill does big damage by stealing HP from everyone then dishing it out.
Weakness:
•Will runes and monsters like Fran can prevent her debuffs.
•Her 1st skill maxes at 60% accuracy.
•Her 3rd skill also destroys your allies HP.
RANKING
GB12 (8/10): Dorothy can improve your survival rates by reducing the damage from the giant and speed up your runes with AoE Def break in Giants B12.
DB12 (6/10): She can be used as a damage dealer in DB12, however, there are better option.
NB12 (8/10): She really shines in Necro B12 since two of her skills are multi hits. To get the most out of her multi hits build her on Violent/Revenge.
SF10 (7/10): Her branding allows your team to do big damage in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (7/10): She has a similiar role in Punisher Crypt B10 as she does in SF10. Her ATK break is really useful here to lower the boss' damage to increase your survival rates.
ToA (7/10): She has 2 AoE attacks which is good if you have her on Despair for Crowd Control.
Rift of Worlds (5/10): She could be used here for her debuff and damage, however, there are better monsters for the job.
Labyrinth (7/10): She has a similiar role here as she does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (7/10): She is good as a damage dealer here.
Arena (6/10): She can be used as a damage dealer if you are low on damage dealers to farm Arena.
Guild Wars (8/10): She is good pick on offense as a damage dealer while also reducing the threat monster's damage.
RTA (8/10): Dorothy is a strong pick here because she offers more than just damage. Her debuffs help to reduce their damage while increasing your own.
