Mark of Brush Tip: Attacks the enemy to decrease the Attack By by 30% with a 50% chance.

Scroll Trap: Seals the enemy in the scroll, leaving the enemy out of the battle for a designated period of time. The duration of the seal increases according to your Attack Speed. If all enemies are sealed, the target with the least duration time left will be released. Gains a turn instantly after using the skill. (Reusable in 6 turns).

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Fire Art Master, Joegun skill kit is amazing for PvP.
•He has a huge ATK buff Leader skill.
•His 1st skill reduces ATK bar.
•His 2nd skill is a great threat stopper and counter for many comps since he temporarily "bans" a monster.
•His 3rd skill is AoE strip and Attack buff, opening an opportunity to get rid of immunity, set up def break, and cleave.
Weakness:
•Joegun needs a lot of speed to make his 2nd skill effective.
•His 1st skill maxes at 75% chance.
•He needs to be FULLY skilled up to be effective.
RANKING
GB12 (0/10): Joegun is not usable for Giants B12.
DB12 (0/10): His 2nd skill doesn't work on bosses and there are better monsters for Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): He lacks any multi hits to break through the Necro B12's shield.
ToA (4/10): He can be used in some stages to get rid of some annoying threats.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He is not good here because he doesn't offer anything to R5 or Rift beast.
Labyrinth (5/10): He is usable in some Lab stages.
Dimensional Hole (3/10): He can be used here but there are better options.
Arena (9/10): Jeogun's AoE strip and ATK buff make him great for a cleave team.
Guild Wars (9/10): He's good for countering teams that heavily rely on 1 monster to work.
RTA (9/10): He shines in RTA since he can be used not only as counter comps but also cleave setup.
