STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Julie in Summoners War is a great utility damage dealer.
•Her 1st skill strips making her useful in many parts of the game.
•Her 2nd skill freezes with 100% rate when skilled up.
•Her 3rd does big AoE damage based on number of buffs your enemies have.
Weakness:
•She is pretty stat heavy to be effective for PvP.
RANKING
GB12 (9/10): Julie's skills make her excellent for faster clears and strip the ATK buff in Giants B12.
DB12 (9/10): She is great in Dragons B12 to strip immunity while dealing good damage.
NB12 (7/10): Two of her skills are multi hits which is great for the Necro B12 shield.
ToA (1/10): You need more CC to auto farm ToA.
Rift of Worlds (6/10): She can be used in the Fire Rift Beast to clear the minions.
Labyrinth (3/10): She's can be used in some niche stages here.
Dimensional Hole (6/10): She can be used as a damage dealer in the star limit stage and elemental restriction stage.
Arena (7/10): She can be used as a AoE nuker if you don't have a 2nd Lushen or if it's a team that Lushen comp won't work.
Guild Wars (8/10): Her strip, freeze, and damage off of buff makes her a useful monster here.
RTA (8/10): Damage dealers who provide more than just damage are extremely useful in RTA. Julie is a damage dealer that strips and provides CC with her 2nd skill.
