Merciless Claws: Attacks the enemy with claws and disturbs the enemy's HP recovery for 1 turn.

  • Lv.2 Damage +5%

Multiplier - 370% + 50 of ATK stat before reduction

Surprise Attack Dashes towards an enemy, inflicting damage 2 times. Each attack has a 30% chance to stun the target for 1 turn. The damage is proportionate to my MAX HP. (Reusable in 4 turns).

  • Lv.3 Effect Rate +10%

Multiplier - 390% x2 of ATK stat before reduction and an additional 1st skill attack from a random ally 

 

Disdain (Passive): Inflicts 12% of my MAX HP as damage when you're attacked with a critical hit. Inflicts Continuous Damage for 1 turn with a 50% chance and weakens the Defense for 1 turn with every attack. [Automatic Effect]

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:

•The Dark Werewolf, Jultan is an amazing tank that can do damage without attacking! 

•His passive damages the opponent when attacked while also DEF breaking and applying DoTs. 

•He is a top notch tank to put up against many Guild Comps. 

•He doesn't need to be fully skilled up to do his job. 

•He has good base SPD. 

•He is not hard to rune.

Weakness:

•Oblivion is his weakness.

•In RTA your opponent will just avoid hitting him until the end. 

 

RANKING

GB12 (0/10): Jultan isn't recommended for Giants B12 because there are just better monsters out there, and he just doesn't offer enough.

DB12 (00/10): For the same reason as in GB12, he's not useful Dragons B12.

NB12 (0/10): He isn't recommended here since he lacks multi-hits to break throught the Necrow

SF10 (0/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10 because you want Beneficial Block, ATK Bar pushback, and nukers to destroy the boss.

PC10 (10/10): He is a top notch tank for Steel Fortress B10 since the boss will always target him which DEF breaks, DoTs, and Damages himself in the process. 

ToA (0/10): Again no AoE, no real use.

Rift of Worlds (3/10): He can be used as a tank that does damage in R5. However you generally want tanks that buff, heal, or cleanses your team. 

Labyrinth (0/10): He is not recommended here.

Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.

Arena (0/10): You want AoE cleave teams to farm Arena. 

Guild Wars (10/10): He truly shines in guild wars both as an offense and defense tank. On offense your goal is to get DEF broken so the other monsters focus on him due to his neutral attribute. This makes him a great Loren counter. 

RTA (4/10): Jultan can be used as a counter to heavy AoE teams.
