Spirit Ball: Attacks the enemy with an Energy ball. The attack has a 50% chance of increasing the enemy's chance to land a Glancing Hit for 2 turns.

KACEY BUILD / STRATEGY

Rift Build
Kacey is a pretty straight forward damage build.

She is used to get very high scores in Rift Beasts.

Your goal is to get 80+ CR, 200+ CD, and 1500+ ATK. Her 3rd skill is great here since the attack power stacks if it hits the same target. Since there is only 1 target in Rift this allows her to deal big damage.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:
•Kacey in Summoners War is a beast in Rift to get SSS scores!
•Her 3rd skill scales on the number of times you hit the same target which stacks 4x and blocks beneficial effects.
•Her 2nd skill is AoE and decrease ATK SPD and DEF. 

Weakness:
•Kacey doesn't have a lot of uses outside of Rift. 

 

RANKING

GB12 (5/10): She can be used in an early Giants B12 team, but you'll replace her as you get better monsters. 

DB12 (3/10): She is not recommended in Dragons B12 since the towers cleanses the beneficial block.

NB12 (0/10): She doesn't have enough multi hits to reliably break through the Necro B12 shield.

SF10 (0/10): She has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.

PC10 (0/10): She is not recommended for Punisher Crypt B10.

ToA (2/10): She doesn't have enough CC to be useful here. 

Rift of Worlds (10/10): This is where she shines with her 3rd skill. She's great everywhere here except the Wind Rift. 

Labyrinth (2/10): She isn't really useful here as there are better monsters for this area.

Dimensional Hole (8/10): He is useful in the star, elemental, and type restriction stages. 

Arena (1/10): You want AoE cleave teams to farm Arena, and her 3rd skill isn't reliable enough.

Guild Wars (4/10): She can be used in the early guild against niche comps.

RTA (2/10): He can be used in early game but doesn't offer enough to be of real use in Real Time Arena.
