STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Lionel is a unique monster that can be built as either a really fast support or dps unit.
•He is excellent for first turn strip followed by control.
•He has an AoE strip which is great for cleave teams.
•He is a great unit against shields and invincibility.
•You can use 4* Wind Steel Commander to skill him up.
Weakness:
•He needs a lot of speed to go first turn.
•He is competing with a lot of other AoE Strippers.
•He has low base speed.
RANKING
GB12 (8/10): Lionel has DEF break, ATK bar pushback, and Strip making him very useful in Giants B12.
DB12 (8/10): He has the same use in Dragons B12 as he does in GB12.
NB12 (2/10): He doesn't offer enough multi hits to be useful in Necro B12.
SF10 (1/10): He has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended for Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (2/10): He doesn't offer enough to be very useful in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (6/10): He is useful in the boss stages to strip buffs and atk bar while setting up for big damage.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He doesn't have any uses here.
Labyrinth (4/10): He can be used in niche situations here.
Dimensional Hole (4/10): He can be used in the water restriction stage.
Arena (9/10): AoE strippers with ATK bar boost are always useful for farming Arena. Just make sure you properly speed tune your team.
Guild Wars (7/10): He is a great counter to monsters with shields or invincibility.
RTA (7/10): He's an interesting unit with lots of utility. You'll want to build him as a fast bruiser to get the most out of him here.
