STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Okeanos in Summoners War is a great utility monster for PvP.
•His 1st skill transfers harmful effects to your opponent.
•His 2nd skill has a strip and sets a enemies skill to max cooldown.
•His 3rd skill has AoE stun and ATK bar recovery.
•He can be built as a support or attack monster.
Weakness:
•His 2nd and 3rd skill needs to be fully skilled up to get the most out of him.
•He is very stat heavy.
RANKING
GB12 (1/10): Okeanos isn't good for Giants B12.
DB10 (3/10): He can be used to strip the immunity in Dragons B12 but there are better strippers for the job.
NB10 (4/10): He has 2 skills with multi hits for the Necro B12 Shield, however, his other abilities are useless against the boss.
ToA (4/10): He is useful in some niche stages.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He has no role here.
Labyrinth (4/10): He is usable in stages in Lab.
Dimensional Hole (1/10): He isn't recommended here.
Arena (7/10): He is a good monster on Defense in an Anti-Lushen team. He is also good to counter comps as you climb the ranks.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is a solid monster to contain and keep your enemies at bay. He's a good counter to many comps.
RTA (8/10): He holds his own in RTA. You should build him as a bruiser to deal some damage while also controlling the other team.
