STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Fire Phoenix, Perna is a great sustain monster due to his self-revive.
•His 2nd skill has one of the highest multipliers in the game.
•He has very high base attack.
•He has consistent AoE heal for your team.
Weakness:
•He has very poor base defense.
•His cooldown for revive is 8 turns.
•He can be countered with Anti-Revivers such as Raki, Avaris, and Mara.
•He requires a lot of skillups.
RANKING
GB12 (0/10): Perna has elemental disadvantage and is not recommended in Giants B12.
DB12 (4/10): He can be used in Dragons B12 since he also offers a heal and does good damage.
NB12 (0/10): He is not recommended here since he doesn't have any multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
ToA (2/10): He isn't recommended since you want AoE CC units to farm ToA.
Rift of Worlds (8/10): He is a good damage dealer in Light Rift since you need strong single target nukers for that element. He can also be used in the Fire and Wind Rift beast as well. In R5 he's a solid damage dealer, however, he'll need really good runes which means he needs everything including resistance to avoid being oblivioned.
Labyrinth (4/10): He is usable in some Lab stages.
Dimensional Hole (4/10): He can be used in the elemental restriction stage.
Arena (8/10): He is a strong single target nuker here.
Guild Wars (10/10): He is definitely meta in many offense and defense comps. With his revival and big damage he's always a threat.
RTA (8/10): Perna shines here due to his revive and big damage.
