*ONLY use CR on slot 4 if you can't get enough Crit Rate substats. Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
If you’re looking for detailed rune and stat builds you should take a look at SWMaster’s Rune Farming Guide – I have been a member of their site since I was new to Summoners War and would highly recommend it to all players.
•The Water Dragon Knight, Chow is a great self sustaining monster when on Vampire Runes and is a tanky bruiser.
•His passive is scary because everybody gets ATK boost if anyone receives crit damage, and he refects 15% of the damage he receives back to the enemy!
•He has a huge HP leader skill for Dark types.
•He can be used for a safe/reliable Scenario farmer.
•His team comp is very flexible and versatile for PvP.
•His 2nd attack Ignores DEF if he's low on HP.
•Ragdoll requires great runes to truly shine.
GB12 (7/10): Ragdoll can be used with DoTs team and boost ATK bar of your team when they receive a hit. This will help to sustain your team as they'll be able to get more turns.
DB12 (6/10): He has a similar role in Dragon's B12 as in GB12.
NB12 (0/10): He lacks multi-hits to break through the Necro B12's shield.
SF10 (7/10): He is useful here because when the right tower attacks in Steel Fortress B10, it boosts everyone's ATK Bar.
PC10 (10/10): He is great as a Tank, reflects damage, and boost ATK bar in Punisher Crypt B10. Make sure to have him on Vampire/Revenge here so he can heal himself.
ToA (2/10): He could be used by isn't recommended because you goal is to not get hit at all in your ToA Auto Teams.
Rift of Worlds (7/10): He could be built as a front line tank to reflect damage. He'll need really good runes here and should be on Vampire/Revenge to stay alive.
Labyrinth (7/10): He is good in some stages in Lab.
Dimensional Hole (9/10): He's a great monster for the elemental restriction stage.
Arena (10/10): He is an excellent Arena Defense to allow your monsters cut in after the 1st Lushen ATK.
Guild Wars (10/10): He is an excellent monster for both Offense and Defense. His utility is just so good and can be used with all kinds of comps.
RTA (10/10): He is one of the most desired and feared monsters in RTA. His abilities are scary and hard to deal with. Unlike Verdhile, his passive increases ATK Bar even if he doesn't move.
