Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

SIN BUILDS / STRATEGY
Sin is pretty straight forward to build. Since he can't be defense broken, you want to load him up with as much DEF as possible. You'll also need decent accuracy so he can stun and DEF break.
Vampire/Revenge is good to give him some sustain making him even harder to kill.
As you progress later into the game, speed is important so you'll want to switch slot 2 for speed. You'll want him on Violent so he can have a little more Crowd Control.
•Sin in Summoners War is a tanky monster that can't get DEF broken.
•His 2nd DEF break for 3 chances and has built in Violent runes.
•His 1st skill can stun which is really handy.
•He's easy to skill up since he's a nat3 monster.
•Since he's a nat3 he has overall very low base stats.
GB12 (2/10): Sin can be used here if you are struggling to survive in Giants B12. Keep in mind this will make your runs very slow.
DB12 (0/10): He is not recommended in Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
ToA (1/10): He doesn't have enough CC to be useful here.
SF10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.
Rift of Worlds (2/10): There are better tanks for this content.
Labyrinth (1/10): He isn't recommended here.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (6/10): Sin is used to counter some cleave comps as you climb the ranks.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is a strong unit on Offense. Since he can't get DEF broken he can handle a lot of comps and tank out damage from water types which are abundant.
RTA (6/10): He is a counter to nuke teams.
COMBO WITH SIN
Sin + Chasun
Chasun works great with Sin because she can fill up his HP which makes him nearly impossible to kill. She also boosts your team's Attack bar which really helps any damage dealer you bring to this comp.
