*ONLY use CR on slot 4 if you can't get enough Crit Rate substats. Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

•The Water Chakram Dancer, Talia can be used in speed team GB10, DB10, and NB10 due to her passive.
•Twins work great because they attack together doing double damage while providing additional perks.
•Talia damage increases by 50% once the enemy loses 50% HP and gives that to a boomerang warrior.
•She can cleanse and ATK buff herself.
•All twins need their counter parts to truly shine.
-Talia is a very squishy monster.
GB10 (7/10): After the twins got nerfed Talia is not as good but still a solid dungeon damage dealer. She does crazy big damage when paired with the water boomerang warrior.
DB10 (9/10): She has the same role in Dragons B10, she makes the runs fast and safe by doing huge damage.
NB10 (10/10): She is amazing in Nerco B10 because she has tons of Multi-Hits and does big damage to the boss.
ToA (0/10): Talia is not usable in ToA.
Rift of Worlds (9/10): She is a great R5 damage dealer but her Wind sister is better because she offers debuffs needed in R5. Talia is amazing for getting super high scores in all the Rift Beasts other than the Wind one.
Labyrinth (2/10): The twins aren't that strong in Labyrinth and Talia does not offer anything other than damage so it's not recommended to use her here.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): She is not recommended for Dimensional Hole content because she doesn't offer much.
Arena (0/10): In Arena you are looking for AoE damage which Talia only does single-target so she's not recommended here either.
Guild Wars (3/10): While Talia can do well in Guild Wars her Fire sister is just better so you shouldn't use her unless you don't have Shaina.
RTA (0/10): When you pick damage dealers for RTA you are looking for monsters that can do more than just damage, Talia really only brings damage to the table and can be easily countered by banning the Boomerang Warrior.
