Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
If you’re looking for detailed rune and stat builds you should take a look at SWMaster’s Rune Farming Guide – I have been a member of their site since I was new to Summoners War and would highly recommend it to all players.
MADELEINE COOKIE BUILDS / STRATEGY
General Build
He's a fairly straight forward tank build. His 2nd skill scales off of HP. You do need good speed on him so you can move with your team before your opponents.
He needs Accuracy for his debuffs. Resistance is good to help reduce him getting stunned. Don't add resistance at the cost of additional tankiness. Resistance should be last to consider. You can also add CR and CD in slot 4 in the late game if you can get enough HP on him and want him to do more damage.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Wind Madeleine Cookie has a very useful skill kit in Summoners War.
•His 1st skill decreases ATK bar.
•His 2nd skill stuns and prevents HP recovery.
•His 3rd skill is great for Cleave team as it boosts ATK, CR, and ATK bar! The CR is especially great for early players who have a hard time getting enough CR.
•His damage is scaled off of HP which is perfect for him.
Weakness:
•His first skill and 2nd skill only has 50% Acc making them not very reliable.
RANKING
GB12 (6/10): He is useful for early Giant's B12 teams to reduce ATK bar and buff the damage of your allies.
DB12 (1/10): Megan or Fran does a better job in Dragons B12 if you need a buffer.
NB12 (1/10): He doesn't have multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (0/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (0/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (2/10): He doesn't have enough CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (4/10): He could be used as a front line tank, however there are better options.
Labyrinth (2/10): He has no real role here.
Dimensional Hole (4/10): He can be used in niche stages.
Arena (8/10): He can be used to farm arena in a Lushen Cleave team.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is can be teamed up with a lot of DPS units to cleave towers.
RTA (8/10): He has an overall nice utility to be effective in cleave while offering more than just buffing.
