This effect can tie one target at a time, and gets untied if either the tied enemy or you get defeated. It does not apply to boss battles. (Reusable in 4 turns).

Afterwards, guaranteed to exchange the Attack Bar status of them with each other at random. (Reusable in 6 turns).

Zen Build Tips
He should be built like your typical support with lots of Spd, Hp, Def, Acc, followed by Res.
You really need a lot of speed on him so you can interrupt the enemy's turn cycles.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Zen in Summoners War is an interruption master!
•His 3rd skill can't be resisted and ruins enemy team comp turn cycles.
•His 2nd skill distributes AoE damage.
•His 1st skill is great for revenge runes to add RNG stuns when attacked.
Weakness:
•He's not really that useful in PvE.
•He's very stat needy and needs a ton of speed to go first.

Rift of Worlds (0/10): He has no real use here since 3rd skill doesn't work on bosses.
Labyrinth (2/10): He could be used in niche lab stages.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (9/10): His 3rd skill will make him hard to deal with on Defense and can really change the game on Offense to ruin turn cycles especially against teams with ATK boosters and strippers.
Guild Wars (9/10): He serves the same role here as he does in Arena.
RTA (8/10): He is a great counter to cleave teams as long as you can outspeed them.
