Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
AALIYAH BUILDS / STRATEGY
Best Build for Aaliyah
Aaliyah should be built very tanky.
If you are using her for PvE you need her to have a minimum of 170 speed so she doesn't get outspeed by the bosses. After that just get her as tanky as possible.
For PvP she should be on Violent/Will mainly for Defense to proc out of debuffs. Nemesis works great to cut in on Offense in Guild and Arena content.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Aaliyah is an insane healer in Summoners War!
•She is constantly healing or buffing up your team with DEF buff and Immunity.
•She's fairly easy and straight forward to rune.
•She's one of few monsters who have 4 skills.
•She works great with Lightning Emperors like Bolverk to constantly give him buffs so he can absorb a lot of health.
Weakness:
•She has a very low-speed base.
RANKING
GB10/GAH (6/10): She is a great for starting teams to increase survival rates Giants.
DB10/DAH (8/10): She is great if you struggling to survive in Dragons since she can constantly heal and put um immunity to help stop the tower from putting it's DoTs on your team.
NB10/NAH (0/10): She lacks any multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
SF10/SAH (0/10): She is not recommended here.
ToA (2/10): She can be used in Niche situations.
Rift of Worlds (8/10): She is good in the Fire Rift Beast since she can heal and DEF buff your team.
Labyrinth (2/10): She doesn't have enough cc to be useful here.
Dimensional Hole (9/10): She is top notch as a front line tank since she offers so many heals, cleanse, immunity and DEF boost.
Arena (8/10): She good as you climb the ranks and fast comps you can't cleave. On DEF she is excellent on nemesis runes to cut in and heal up your team against being wiped.
Guild Wars (8/10): She again is strong on both offense and defense making it hard to kill your team.
RTA (7/10): She shouldn't be first pick here. Choose her to counter against teams with lots of CC.
