General Build
Birman is pretty easy to build. You want as much HP and Speed on him as possible followed by ACC for his 1st skill. 

As you get into the end game start focusing on as much CD and CR to dish out good damage.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:
•The Water Hypnomeow, Birman is an amazing tanky, sustain monster in Summoners War. 
•He has 2 passives that really make boost his damage, recovers ATK bar, and Heals himself.
•His 1st skill sleeps which is great with revenge ruins to add additional RNG.
•He has a very high base speed once awakened.


Weakness:
•He has no real use in PvE.

DB12 (2/10): He has no real role in Dragons B12. 

NB12 (0/10): He doesn't have multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.

SF10 (0/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.

PC10 (0/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.

ToA (1/10): He doesn't have enough CC to be useful here.

Rift of Worlds (4/10): He could be used as a front line tank, however there are better options. 

Labyrinth (1/10): He has no real role here.

Dimensional Hole (2/10): He is not recommended here.

Arena (4/10): He is useful to tank out the damage from the threat monster as you climb up higher in the ranks.

Guild Wars (8/10): He is good here as a stall and tank on both Offense and Defense. He has a lot of sustain and turn cycles with his passive.

RTA (4/10): He is used here as a counter pick to strong fire dps like Laika or Kaki as it'll make it really difficult for them to kill him.
