•The Wind Art Master, Cheonpung is a really useful monster for both PvP and PvE.
•He has a huge ATK buff Leader skill.
•He has 2 skills that do ATK push back!
•He has an AoE Strip.
•His 3rd skill can increase cooltime of your enemies.
•Cheonpung 1st skill maxes at 75% chance.
•He needs to be FULLY skilled up to be effective.
•He has weak multipliers for a damage dealer.
GB12 (10/10): Cheonpung AoE Attacks, ATK bar pushback, and Strip makes him perfect for Giants B10.
DB12 (8/10): Even though he has attribute disadvantage, he will still be useful for his strip and ATK bar pushback in Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): He lacks multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
ToA (10/10): Since he has 2 AoE attacks plus 2 skills that reduce ATK bar. Put him on despair, and he'll do amazing here.
Rift of Worlds (2/10): His skills aren't good for this content.
Labyrinth (9/10): He is usable in many Lab stages.
Dimensional Hole (8/10): His strip and ATK bar reducing is great for this area.
Arena (10/10): Unlike Lushen, who can be used only for offense, Cheonpung can be used for both offense and defense teams. His skills are great to counter many comps as you get higher in the ranks and can't Lushen everthing.
Guild Wars (10/10): He'll be great for a cleave team while also giving your team another opportunity to attack.
RTA (10/10): His skills shines in RTA offering a lot to the table.
