Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
•The Dark Jack-o'-Lantern, Dusky is a good damage dealer who also is a support monster.
•His passive gives your team additional protection while also buffing your own damage.
•His speed scaling makes it easier to deal good damage as well as being fast.
•His 2nd skill is a good team buff.
•Dusky is a very squishy monster.
•He needs really good runes to deal decent damage while being able to survive.
GB12 (5/10): Dusky can be used in early Giants B12 teams to improve survival rates.
DB12 (3/10): He can be used in Dragons B12, however, you runs will be too slow.
NB12 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Necro B12 since speed doesn't affect turn cycle with the boss.
ToA (1/10): He doesn't have enough Crowd Control to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He does not offer enough to be useful here.
Labyrinth (3/10): He can be used in some niche stages here.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): He isn't very useful here.
Arena (2/10): He isn't useful for farming arena since you generally want AoE cleave teams.
Guild Wars (8/10): Dusky is good as a counter to cleave team defense such as Mo Long who deal big damage.
RTA (5/10): He has a similar use here as he does in GW. You need him fast so he can put up his shield against cleave comps.
