•The Water Elven Ranger, Eluin is a great Crowd Control (CC) monster.
•His 3rd skill has AoE ATK Bar reduction, stun, and a low cooldown!
•His 2nd skill allows him to gain another turn if he stuns making his 3rd skill available sooner.
•His 1st skill also decreases ATK Bar.
•Eluin overall base stats are low and require good runes if you want to build him as a damage dealer.
GB12 (8/10): Eluin ATK Bar reductions and stuns make him useful for safer runs in Giants B12.
DB12 (9/10): He has a similar role in Dragon's B12 as in GB12.
NB12 (10/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (7/10): His ATK Bar reduction helps to get the Steel Fortress B10 from moving while your other monsters put on Beneficial Block Debuff.
PC10 (0/10): You mainly want strong nukers or DoTs team to take down the Punisher Crypt B10 as quickly as possible.
ToA (9/10): His overall CC skill kit is great for auto teams for safer runs and turn denial.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): Eluin does not offer enough to be used in this area of the game.
Labyrinth (9/10): He serves the same role here as in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (9/10): Eluin is great for the Elemental restriction stage and star limit stage.
Arena (6/10): Eluin can be used in an Early AoE cleave team until you get better monsters or lack double Lushens.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is great here to hold down your opponents damage dealers. He's good against Perna due to his ATK bar reduction because Perna revives with whatever ATK Bar it currently has.
RTA (6/10): Eluin can stand his own in RTA, but his overall low stats make him replaceable as your get higher and more powerful monsters.
