Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
If you’re looking for detailed rune and stat builds you should take a look at SWMaster’s Rune Farming Guide – I have been a member of their site since I was new to Summoners War and would highly recommend it to all players.
•Sekhmet in Summoners War is a great counter to revive monsters since her 3rd skill resets cooldowns even if they have will runes since it also strips buffs.
•Her 3rd skill also lowers her cooldowns regardless if she resets the enemy's cooldowns.
•Her 2nd skill hits 3 times and applies multiple debuffs.
•She has a great HP Leader skill which can be used everywhere.
•She has low base speed, which requires good runes as you need her to be as fast and tanky as possible.
•She needs to be fully skilled up to be effective.
GB12 (1/10): Sekhmet has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended in Giants B12.
DB12 (3/10): Even though she has a strip, there are better strippers that offer more for Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): She doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (3/10): She isn't very recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (1/10): She isn't very useful in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (0/10): She doesn't have enough CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (1/10): Her 3rd skill is useless here.
Labyrinth (0/10): She isn't recommended here.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): She isn't recommended here.
Arena (6/10): She is useful in niche situations with her 3rd skill strip and skill reset.
Guild Wars (7/10): She is a good counter against revivers Perna since her 3rd skill strips and sets skills to max cool downs.
RTA (7/10): She's great against comps that don't apply a lot immunity. This is more difficult as you climb the ranks since immunity becomes very common. She's mainly used to keep the threat monster at bay with her 3rd skill.
