Smicer Build Tips
Her build is pretty standard for a bomber with lots of SPD, ATK, and ACC for all her bombs and beneficial block.
As you progress into the late game you'll need to add more speed over time.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Smicer is a great turn cycle disruptor in Summoners War.
•Her first skill boosts her own attack bar. This is really useful with revenge runes.
•Her 2nd skill applies a bomb like Seara and also stuns.
•Her 3rd skill strips attack bar making turn cycling for your opponent difficult.
Weakness:
•She requires great runes to really shine.
RANKING
GB12 (7/10): She has elemental advantage in Giants B12 and is useful for keeping the ATK bar at bay while boosting her own.
DB12 (3/10): She has elemental disadvantage in Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): She doesn't have multi hits to break through the boss' shield in Necro B12.
SF10 (8/10): She has the same use in Steel Fortress B10 as she does in GB12.
PC10 (4/10): She can be used here, but there are better options.
ToA (8/10): Her ATK reduction along with boost is helpful especially at the boss stages to prevent them from attacking.
Rift of Worlds (3/10): She isn't useful in R5 as ATK bar boost or reduction isn't very effective in this part of the game.
Labyrinth (8/10): She has a similar role here as she does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (8/10): She is great for many of the stages here.
Arena (7/10): She can be used to handle some comps as you climb up the ranks but isn't recommended for farming as you want AoE DPS for this.
Guild Wars (9/10): She is excellent on both offense and defense due to her ATK bar abilities.
RTA (9/10): She is a strong aggressive DPS unit here that would work great for many comps.
