Trickster: Attacks an enemy 3 times. Each attack has a 30% chance to decrease the enemy's Attack Speed for 2 turns. This attack will deal more damage according to your Attack Speed.

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
WINDY BUILDS / STRATEGY
Best Build for Windy
Windy should be built very tanky.
If you are using her for PvE you need her to have a minimum of 170 speed so she doesn't get outspeed by the bosses. After that just get her as tanky as possible. Since she can't get DEF broken you can stack a lot of DEF on her. Just don't neglected HP as her shield is based off that.
For PvP she should be on Violent/Will mainly for Defense to proc out of debuffs and so she doesn't get oblivioned.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Windy is an amazing team protector in Summoners War!
•She is immuned to DEF break and puts up an AoE Shield for the team when she is attacked.
•Her 1st skill decreases enemy's speed.
•Her 2nd skill buffs CR and ATK speed for your entire team. *Perfect for Spiritual Realm B10.
•Her leader skill makes her even more tanky.
Weakness:
•She can be oblivioned by monsters like Tesarion which would make her very weak.
RANKING
GB10 (7/10): She is great for helping your early team survive while providing the CR and SPD.
DB10 (0/10): She has elemental advantage and isn't recommended in Dragons.
NB10 (6/10): She has multi hits which is great for early team in Necropolis.
SB10 (8/10): She is excellent in Spiritual Realm as she provides the much need CR buff while also improving your team survival rate.
SF10 (5/10): She can be used Steel Fortress, but there are better monsters for this stage.
PC10 (5/10): She can be used Punisher Crypt, but there are better monsters for this stage.
ToA (3/10): She doesn't provide enough CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (7/10): She can be used as a front line tank as she does provide debuffs, buffs, and extra protection.
Labyrinth (3/10): She has a similar role as in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (7/10): She is a really useful here in many restrictions situations.
Arena (7/10): She is excellent for DEF to stall your opponent and take on specific comps in the higher levels. Keep in mind you'll need to build her on lots of HP otherwise Lushen will tear through her DEF.
Guild Wars (9/10): She is excellent against all the DEF breaking monsters out there as she provides a lot of added protection for your team.
RTA (7/10): She is pretty decent in the lower levels, but you'll replace her as you climb up the ranks.
