If you’re looking for detailed rune and stat builds you should take a look at SWMaster’s Rune Farming Guide – I have been a member of their site since I was new to Summoners War and would highly recommend it to all players.

RANKING
GB12 (10/10): Arang is great as a damage dealer in Giants B12 due to her 3rd skill.
DB12 (0/10): She is not useful here.
NB12 (10/10): All of her skills are multi hits perfect for breaking through the boss' shield (Violent & Revenge runes recommended here).
ToA (0/10): Arang isn't really useful here because you need a lot of CC for the waves.
Rift of Worlds (10/10): Her 3rd skill does damage off of harmful effects while inflicting a lot of debuffs, making her a good damage dealer here.
Labyrinth (0/10): Again, she lacks CC so he isn't useful here.
Dimensional Hole (5/10): She can be used in the elemental restriction stage as a damage dealer.
Arena (0/10): You want AoE cleave teams to farm Arena.
Guild Wars (6/10): She's a good damage dealer here while offering a lot of debuffs.
RTA (3/10): She can be used here until you get better monsters.
