You need Kabilla to be absolutely fast as possible! . Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

KABILLA BUILDS / STRATEGY
Need for Speed
Kabilla is simple to build because you need one thing SPEED. If you are needing to go first to cleave then just focus on putting every Swift rune with the highest speed substat with broken if need be, just as long as you are squeezing every speed stat you can.
Speed + Effectiveness
Violent is ideal since you can potentially def break, however, this is more difficult to do while also ensuring good enough speed. If you can outspeed your opponent with violent then Kabilla becomes much more effective than just a speed booster.
•Kabilla in Summoners War has a whopping 120 base speed!
•She is perfect for cleave teams for 1st turn denial.
•She has DEF break on her 1st skill to set up for even bigger damage.
•Other than Speed, the rest of her stats are really low.
GB12 (6/10): Kabilla can be used in early Giants B12 teams for her DEF break and reducing Critical hits received.
DB12 (5/10): She has a similiar role in Dragons B12 as she does in GB12.
NB12 (9/10): Two of her skills are multi hits which is great for breaking through the Necro B12's shield.
SF10 (1/10): You want Beneficial blocks and nukers to take down the Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (1/10): She doesn't offer enough to be useful here.
ToA (2/10): You mainly want AoE Crow Control teams to farm Tower of Ascension.
Rift of Worlds (1/10): She doesn't offer enough to be useful here.
Labyrinth (4/10): She can be used in a few stages if you lack speed for 1st turn.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): She isn't recommended to farm D-Hole.
Arena (10/10): She is one of the best 1st turn monster used on many cleave teams.
Guild Wars (8/10): Kabilla is great to make sure you can go first to nuke down the threat monster. She's good with big damage dealing monsters like Lushen, Covenant, or Kahli. She also pairs well with Orion or Megan for additional ATK bar boost.
RTA (6/10): She is a good monster to climb your way from the lower ranks using speed cleave teams. She's not as useful as you get into the higher ranks.
