LOREN BUILDS / STRATEGY
In the early-mid game, it's important to make sure she can survive being hit by the bosses. You really want to make her as tanky as possible with 45% Accuracy(45% is the cap in dungeons). Her 6 slot should be HP% to increase survivability.
You also want her to have good speed so she can strip more often. If you don't have good violent runes, swift works here.
Overall you want her to be fast, tanky, and accurate. Your goal is to get her on Violent/Revenge to make her the most efficient for dungeons and reduce her 2nd skill cooldown as she tends to waste it often.
For faster dungeon runs and pvp use, you want to make sure Loren can do some damage as well as strip. She's best as a bruiser. Try to get her to 85% Accuracy(Every monster has a built in 15% resistance).
You also want her to have 80% Crit Rate with decent Attack and Crit Damage. Note: if you are sacrificing too much tankiness, and she's not surviving, just reduce her damage output with more hp.
Keep in mind you need some resistance on her to help reduce her getting stun, sleep, etc. Resistance is generally last to consider, and you never want to add more resistance at the cost of your other priority stats.

•She's one of the best debuffers in the game with ATK bar strip, defense break, and speed slow.
•Her skills are perfect for GB10, DB10, NB10, ToA, and Dimensional Hole to stop the bosses from moving.
•She's great for RTA and Guild Offense for turn denial.
•Her AI is derpy and she wastes her strips a lot.
•Because she is a Nat 3 she needs really good runes to shine.

GB12 (10/10): Loren is great here to prevent the boss from moving and strip his attack buff.
DB12 (10/10): Loren has a similar role in Dragon's B12 as in GB12.
NB12 (10/10): All of her skills are multi hits which is great for breaking through the bosses shield. Also her DEF break and Heal Block come in handy to deal bigger damage while making sure it doesn't heal back up.
SF10 (10/10): Loren has a similar role in Steel Fortress B10 as she does in Dragons B12 and Giants B12.
PC10 (0/10): She is not recommended for Punisher Crypt B10 since ATK bar pushback isn't very effective here.
ToA (10/10): She is the best when it comes to the 100N and 100H bosses since she can keep everyone at bay while your damage dealers nuke them down.
Rift of Worlds (4/10): She does offer a lot of debuffs and can be used here but there are a lot better options available.
Labyrinth (7/10): Loren is great in a few of the Labyrinth stages.
Dimensional Hole (8/10): Loren is great in the Inugami Awakening dungeon and the Karzhan Rune Dungeon.
Arena (6/10): Loren can be use Arena offense but not defense.
Guild Wars (9/10): Loren is a useful monster here, her ATK bar strip and buff strip is great for some Guild Wars offense comps.
RTA (9/10): Loren is picked quite often to due to her overall strong skill kit.

Loren + Verdehile
Loren and Verdehile is an excellent turn denial combo. Verdhile’s passive increases your attack bar while Loren decreases your opponents. This means more opportunities to make sure your enemy never moves with a constant ATK Bar Buff with enemy ATK Bar Strip.
Loren + Aegir
Another good combo is Loren and Aegir with 2 Atk Bar Strip and 2 Buff strippers. Aegir also gains ATK bar boost if he strips enemies ATK bar. This comp is great when you are facing a team with annoying buffers.
