Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with. 
 

JOJO BUILDS / STRATEGY

General Build

Jojo is pretty straight forward to build. Bomb damage is based on the total ATK power of the monster. You want to load him up with as much ATK power as possible. You'll also need decent accuracy to land the bombs. 

As you progress later into the game, speed is important so you'll want to switch slot 2 for speed. You'll also need to make him a little tankier. His revive is great so tankiness shouldn't come at the cost of ATK power.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:

•Jojo in Summoners War is a top notch bomber in the game. 

•His 3rd skill applies which work great with DoTs teams.

•His 2nd applies bombs to all enemies. 

•His 1st skill disturbs HP recovery. 

•He is farmable with the Fusion Hexagram. 

Weakness:

•Immunity monsters like Fran, Chloe, or Lulu will prevent him from landing his bombs.

RANKING

GB12 (1/10): Jojo has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended for Giants B12.

DB12 (7/10): He is great for taking down the Dragon with a DoTs team. Make sure you target the right tower and bring an ATK bar stripper like Loren with you to prevent immunity. 

NB12 (0/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield and the boss cleanses himself each time. 

ToA (7/10): He is an excellent monster for ToA normal and hard with a DoTs Team. 

SF10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.

PC10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.

Rift of Worlds (0/10): He serves no purpose here.

Labyrinth (8/10): He can be used in many stages here and has a similiar role as in ToA.

Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.

Arena (2/10): Jojo isn't recommended here since you want AoE cleave teams to arm Arena.  

Guild Wars (7/10): He is a strong unit both on Offense. You want to make sure you bring a reliable stripper. If you pair him with Seara she can detonate all the bombs at once. Make sure he goes before her though. 

RTA (6/10): He is a strong bomber here. As you climb higher it gets tougher since immunity is abundant.

COMBO WITH JOJO

Bombs Away!

Jojo + Seara

In this combo, Jojo applies AoE Bombs then Seara comes in and applies an additional bomb then detonates all of them. These two combine deal ultimate bomb damage. Seara's SPD lead helps to gain 1st turn. *To make his team safer you'll want to bring a stripper with you to counter immunity runes.
