Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
•Ongyouki in Summoners War is a self cleansing monster that won't die under inability effects.
•His 2nd skill is AoE and recovers his health.
•His 1st skill DEF breaks which sets up your other monsters to deal better damage and heals also.
•His passive gives you additional damage plus more damage if you cleansed any debuffs.
•He is a damage dealer that doesn't rely on CR or CD to deal out good damage.
•Ongyouki's passive makes it so you can't CR which limits your damage.
•Oblivion is the best approach to stop his passive or straight nuke.
GB12 (8/10): Ongyouki damage and self heal along with cleanse is definitely valuable for safer Giants B12 runs.
DB12 (8/10): He can be used as a damage dealer in Dragons B12.
NB12 (8/10): All of his skills are multi hits which helps to break through the Necro B12 shield. Plus he heals himself which increases your success rates.
Rift of Worlds (7/10): He is good in the Fire Rift Beast if you lack water AoE Damage dealers and Light Rift Beast for sustain and damage.
Labyrinth (6/10): He has the same uses here as he does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (6/10): He's good for sustain in the elemental restriction stages.
Arena (4/10): He can be used here if you don't have a double Lushen team.
Guild Wars (9/10): He is great as a Miho Counter here and on a sustain DEF team with his heals.
RTA (9/10): Since there is a lot of CC in RTA, his passive is great for good damage and sustain for longer battles.
