Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
•Suiki in Summoners War is a great sustaining damage dealing monster since he has built in vampire runes on all skills.
•His 2nd skill is AoE and recovers his health.
•His 1st skill DEF breaks which sets up your other monsters to deal better damage.
•His passive gives you additional damage with every single turn, making him scary to deal with as the fight continues.
•He is a damage dealer that doesn't rely on CR or CD to deal out good damage.
•Suiki's passive makes it so you can't CR which limits your damage.
•ATK break will cripple him.
GB12 (1/10): Suiki doesn't offer enough to be very useful in Giants B12.
DB12 (5/10): He can be used as a damage dealer in Dragons B12.
NB12 (8/10): All of his skills are multi hits which helps to break through the Necro B12 shield. Plus he heals himself which increases your success rates.
Rift of Worlds (9/10): He has elemental advantage and AoE attack on skill 2 which is perfect for Fire Rift Beast.
Labyrinth (5/10): He has the same uses here as he does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (6/10): He's good for sustain in the elemental restriction and star limit stages.
Arena (4/10): He can be used here if you don't have a double Lushen team.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is used as a Miho Counter here and on a sustain DEF team with his heals.
RTA (6/10): If you have the runes, he is great for sustain and becomes more dangerous as the match continues.
