Burning Soul: Attacks the enemy and removes one beneficial effect with a 50% chance.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:

Seimei in Summoners War is a great counter to monsters that buff up for multiple turns and against debuffs that last for multiple turns.

•She offers both revive or soul protection depending on your needs. 

•Her 1st skill strips.

•She is useful as a Tank that limits your enemies so your team can deal more damage.

•She requires a low amount of Devilmons to be max skilled.

Weakness:

Seimei does little to no damage. 

Anti-revive monsters will render her 2nd skill useless.

Oblivion will cancel her passive. 

 

RANKING

GB12 (1/10): Seimei passive does not work in Giants B12.

DB12 (1/10): She has a strip but her passive has no effect on bosses making her nearly useless in Dragons B12.

NB12 (0/10): She has no multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield. 

SF10 (0/10): She has no uses in Steel Fortress B10. 

PC10 (0/10): She has no uses in Punisher Crypt B10.

ToA (0/10): She lacks CC to be useful here.

Rift of Worlds (0/10): She really has no use here. 

Labyrinth (0/10): She lacks CC to be useful here.

Dimensional Hole (1/10): She not really recommended here. 

 

Arena (6/10): She is useful against heavy buff or CC heavy teams.

 

Guild Wars (8/10): She is great counter for monsters like Chloe or Woosa that put up Immunity for multiple turns.

 

RTA (8/10): She is great in a lot of comps due to the fact that buffs and debuffs are abundant in RTA. She'll also help to speed up fights.
