Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

•Giou in Summoners War has AoE harmful effect increase!
•Putting her on Despair would give you another potential debuff since she gains 25% ATK bar every time an enemy uses a skill with a cool down.
•She can suppress the enemy forcing them to use their 1st skill or lose 50% HP.
•She is useful as a Tank in Guild Wars.
•Her entire synegy is revolved around Karma. If you don't land it, it makes that part kinda useless.
GB12 (1/10): Giou is not useful in Giants B12.
DB12 (2/10): She has a strip but the Karma has no effect on bosses making her nearly useless in Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): She has no multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (0/10): She has no uses in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (0/10): She has no uses in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (0/10): She lacks CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): She really has no use here.
Labyrinth (0/10): She lacks CC to be useful here.
Dimensional Hole (1/10): She not really recommended here.
Arena (4/10): She isn't useful here.
Guild Wars (5/10): She can be used to tank and reduce monsters HP with Karma on Offense. She is not recommended on Defense.
RTA (3/10): As of release she doesn't have a lot of utility for RTA.
