Leader Skill: Increase the Accuracy of ally monsters in the Arena by 55%.
Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.

Jackson Build Tips
He has a pretty standard support build with SPD, lots of HP, DEF, and decent ACC to land his strips.
As you progress further into the game you can start adding some damage on him to give him some more utility uses.

•Jackson in Summoners War is an ATK bar boosting machine especially when paired with Verdehile.
•His 1st skill strips ATK bar.
•His 2nd skill strips buffs and stuns.
•His passive takes ATK bar boosting to the next level with 50% additional boost while also rewarding you with more for stripping your enemies ATK bar.
•Jackson is heavily reliant on ATK boosters and reducers and needs set up to be good in PvP.
•His 1st skill maxes out at 50% Acc making it unreliable.
GB12 (9/10): He is a solid monster for GB12 to strip ATK Bar and strip ATK buff from the Giant in Giants B12. Since you generally bring ATK bar reducers like, Loren, his passive gives him a lot of extra turns.
DB12 (10/10): He is great for Dragons B12 since he has both ATK bar pushback and strip for the Dragons Immunity. His passive makes sure your team gets plenty of turns to deal damage and strip.
NB12 (1/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
SF10 (9/10): He has a similiar role in Steel Fortress B10 as he does in GB12 and DB12.
PC10 (0/10): ATK bar pushback is not effective in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (7/10): His passive makes him great since you want a lot of ATK bar boosting and reduction to auto ToA.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He has no real use here.
Labyrinth (7/10): He has a similar role in Lab as he does in ToA.
Dimensional Hole (4/10): He is useful in niche situations.
Arena (5/10): Generally you want AoE Cleave teams to farm Arena, however, as you get to the higher rankings, he will be good to deal with some annoying defenses.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is strong on offense against monsters like Theomars to strip his endure and slow him down with ATK bar pushback.
RTA (8/10): He is a good monster here but needs setup up. He should be second pick because his passive also will boost enemies ATK bar if they have any ATK bar boosters.
